The 2017 YP Unite Summit will take place Thursday, November 9th through Friday, November 10th in Paducah, Kentucky. 

This amazing opportunity to connect and engage with other YP groups in the surrounding region as well as develop your leadership skills will be the top networking experience you have this year! Through collaboration, networking, best practices and leadership development, the YP Unite Summit will provide value and make an impact on every young professional organization that makes the trip to Paducah. 

Paducah Young Professionals (PYP) is excited to host the 5th annual YP Unite Summit at The 1857 Event Center (Thursday night, Nov. 9th) and the Julian Carroll Convention Center (all day Friday, Nov. 10th) located in Paducah, KY. PYP will host young professional organizations from around the country to learn, change, and grow together.

Not only will you have the opportunity to network with multiple YP groups, but you will hear from several keynote speakers on topics such as leadership, balance and vision, the benefits of servant leadership, and love and life in politics.

YP Unite Summit History:

In 2013, leaders from Kentucky’s young professional’s groups gathered at the state’s capitol for the first time to share best practices and hear from some of the state’s political leaders and business executives while discussing how to work together to make Kentucky better at attracting and retaining young talent. After an incredible meeting, the groups present decided they would convene each year, and the event should be expanded to reach similar young professional organizations throughout the region. In 2014, the YP Summit was kicked off by celebrating the 15th anniversary of The Young Professionals Association of Louisville at Churchill Downs.
