YPAL is excited to announce our 2023 YPAL Award Winners! Meet Ashley Rose Schneider. Ashley was nominated by peers for connecting, engaging, and developing in our community and was recognized among more than 265 nominees.
Ashley Rose Schneider began her career with a B.F.A in Theatre Arts and has landed squarely in the world of finance. Through her work in theater and venue management, she connected people to the arts in a meaningful way. Now, using the same drive and passion that helped her accomplish so much in the nonprofit world, she helps people every day cultivate their financial goals.
She previously worked in various capacities in venues including booking, box office, food and beverage, and customer service. Her career took her from Okoboji, IA to The TimesCenter at The New York Times. While Vice President of Front of House Services at Kentucky Performing Arts, she was on the planning team that helped build and open Old Forester’s Paristown Hall. During the pandemic, she started a family and transitioned to a more flexible, though equally exciting, career as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. She enjoys spending time playing games with her husband, Curtis, and their son, Sisko. Their favorite game to play together is Yoshi’s Crafted World.
