Announcing the Spring 2018 Emerging Leaders Program Class!

Twenty-five young professionals have been selected to participate in YPAL’s eleventh Emerging Leaders Program presented by Jefferson National. Over the next three months, these individuals will take part in an accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals. They will finish with a clear understanding of their strengths, values, and personality in the context of being a more effective leader.
The Emerging Leaders Program will run through May 2018. Their class project will revolve around leadership and the qualities that an ideal leader should possess.
