Twenty-two young professionals were selected to participate in YPAL’s seventh Emerging Leaders Program presented by the UofL College of Business, Yum! Brands, Northwestern Mutual & YPAL Cares. Over the past three months these individuals took part in an accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals. Last night, they finished the program with a clear understanding of their strengths, values and personality in the context of being a more effective leader.

The Emerging Leaders Program started March 15 and lasted through May 24, 2016. Graduates of the program are:
