Louisville, Kentucky – The Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) is proud to announce the fourth graduating class of their Emerging Leaders Program. The Emerging Leaders Program is a five-month accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals.

Presented by the UofL College of Business and YPAL Cares, the program includes twenty hours of training led by Chris Schulz, Learning Manager with Humana wherein participants take an introspective look at their strengths, values and leadership style and get advice from community leaders. In addition, the group researched issues impacting YPAL as an organization and young professionals in our community, such as mentoring, networking and the job search.

The Fall 2014 Class of the Emerging Leaders Program concluded their coursework on November 17. The 19 graduates include:
