Eighteen young professionals were selected to participate in YPAL’s eighth Emerging Leaders Program presented by Yum! Brands, Northwestern Mutual, Underhill Associates & YPAL Cares. Over the past three months these individuals took part in an accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals. Last night, they finished the program with a clear understanding of their strengths, values and personality in the context of being a more effective leader.

Their class project centered on Quality of Life for Young Professional in our city. Their findings and recommendations will be released soon.
