Emerging Leaders Program Graduation – Spring 2020
YPAL is proud to introduce the thirty graduates of its Spring 2020 Emerging Leaders Program. These thirty young professionals were selected to participate in YPAL’s Fifthteeth Emerging Leaders Program presented by Nationwide Advisory Solutions. Thank you to our sponsors: Atria Senior Living, Indiana University Southeast, Fifth Third Bank and the YPAL Foundation.
Over the past three months, these individuals took part in an accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals. They finished the program with a clear understanding of their strengths, values, and personality in the context of being a more effective leader.
