The Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) is proud to announce the third graduating class of their Emerging Leaders Program. The Emerging Leaders Program is a four-month accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals.

Presented by the UofL College of Business and YPAL Cares, the program includes twenty hours of training led by Chris Schulz, Learning Manager with Humana wherein participants take an introspective look at their strengths, values and leadership style and get advice from community leaders. In addition, the group researched issues important to young professionals, such as mentoring, social networking and the job search.

The Spring 2014 Class of the Emerging Leaders Program concluded their coursework on April 14. The seventeen graduates include:
