Young professionals (YPs) are the leaders of today and tomorrow. With growing efforts and opportunities for economic development, investment, talent attraction, and retention, the voices of young people are more important than ever for the future of Greater Louisville. As such, we are launching our inaugural 2023 Voice of YP Survey to convene the voices and opinions of young people in Greater Louisville. We will use this data to influence real change and innovation in our community from economic development, public safety, workforce development, talent attraction and retention, inclusion and belonging, and more.

Take Voice of YP Survey

The 2023 Voice of YP survey is open until November 13. Young professionals who live, work, or play in Greater Louisville are invited to participate in the survey. After review and summation of data, join us for a Voice of YP event on January 10 to share and discuss the findings of the survey with community leaders. Survey respondents can choose to enter into a raffle to win 1 of 3 available $100 Visa Gift cards and additional prizes.

The 2023 Voice of YP survey is a series of 31 quick-answer questions (should take about 7 minutes) with a focus on the following categories:
