What is Generation WOW?
Generation WOW exposes girls to the positive and the possible and is about creating opportunities that help build the future leaders of the world by connecting them to the leaders of today. Focused on lessons and activities from the book, WOWsdom! The Girls Guide to the Positive and the Possible, girls learn ways to build self-confidence, cultivate independence, healthy living, leadership, service and mentorship, the goal of Generation WOW is to provide a trusted and inspiring experience that will forge relationships, inspire dreams, and deliver results that enhance lives. A relationship with Generation WOW is a visible and demonstrable statement in the belief that unlocking the potential of our youth, particularly young women, is to our collective betterment.
What is Generation W?
GENERATION W was inspired by the belief that when people – especially women- come together, magic happens. Launched as a one-day event in April 2012, GENERATION W is now a national nonprofit with diverse multiyear initiatives. Our initiatives are rooted in a commitment to bring women and girls together as well as building thought leadership, confidence and engagement around the currency of great ideas. The goal of GENERATION W is to provide a platform to elevate the voice of women and girls as well as help to promote the change they want to see in the world.
