The Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) urges its members to take any of the vaccines available to prevent the infection and spread of COVID-19. These vaccines are safe and effective in protecting each other and our entire community.
According to public health experts, one of the largest groups yet to get vaccinated is young people. With the more contagious delta variant spreading rapidly in our community, it is important that young professionals in Louisville do their part to protect themselves, each other, and our economic recovery in the city of Louisville.
Do your part.
Get vaccinated.

Vaccine Resources:
Pharmacies and health systems across the region have ample supply of vaccines and many do not require appointments. Check out the CDC’s new portal, which allows you to search by zip code for all locations offering vaccines in a 25-mile radius. You can even filter the results by each of the three vaccines available.
In addition, if you are interested in having the LouVax Mobile Clinic set up at your office, please email LouVaxMobile@louisvilleky.gov with how many people may be interested in getting a vaccine, and preferred times and dates.
To keep up with vaccination sites and updates in Louisville you can also check the Louisville Metro website here.
YPAL In-Person Event Observations as of 8/30/21:
We are back in person! YPAL has been hosting meaningful virtual events throughout the pandemic. As of July 2021, we are back to hosting in person events and are hopeful to continue hosting in person events as public health guidance allows. YPAL is following all current CDC guidelines and recommendations for in-person events, and we strongly recommend attendees at in-person events be vaccinated. Online events will also continue. Each event listing will indicate whether it’s intended to be hosted online or in person.
Please check our events tab for upcoming events and after registering, be on the look out for an email from YPAL the day prior to the scheduled event for all specific protocols and requirements that will be observed. Please see below for observations currently in place:
