Twenty young professionals have been selected to participate in YPAL’s ninth Emerging Leaders Program presented by Yum! Brands, Park Community Credit Union, The Learning House & YPAL Cares. Over the next three months these individuals will take part in an accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals. They will finish with a clear understanding of their strengths, values and personality in the context of being a more effective leader.

The Emerging Leaders Program will run through June 2017. Their class project will revolve around quality of life and talent attraction/retention for Louisville’s young professionals. Stay tuned for their project results in June.
