Twenty-six young professionals have been selected to participate in YPAL’s tenth Emerging Leaders Program presented by Luckett & Farley and YPAL Cares. Over the next four months these individuals will take part in an accelerated and intensive experience designed to address the leadership development needs of young professionals. They will finish with a clear understanding of their strengths, values and personality in the context of being a more effective leader.
The Emerging Leaders Program will run through December 2017. Their class project will revolve around quality of life and talent attraction/retention for Louisville’s young professionals.
